Berlin, March 1, 2006. acrolinx is pleased to announce the establishment of acrolinx North America, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of acrolinx GmbH.

Headquartered in Colorado, "the new subsidiary will support our customers in North and South America, and provide a regional base for our expansion initiatives," said Andrew Bredenkamp, CEO of acrolinx GmbH. The North American subsidiary was incorporated on February 2, coincidentally the 4th anniversary of the founding of the parent company - "a good omen" according to Bredenkamp. "All of the pieces just fell into place - US customers, great response to our presence at US trade shows, favorable response from analysts and potential partners, and the fortuitous arrival of an excellent General Manager for the new endeavor."

Kent Taylor, an industry veteran with twenty years of management experience in all aspects of industrial-strength multi-media, multi-language information development and delivery, and ten years of experience working with startups and growth companies, is well-suited to take us where we want to go", continued Bredenkamp. The company is putting the infrastructure in place to officially start operations in March, and has aggressive growth goals.
