Acrolinx, the global leader in AI for Content Development, is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join the team in our Berlin Office. As the demand gen leader for DACH, Nordics, Benelux and the UK, you will be instrumental in helping us continue to grow our presence in Europe. Your role

  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns, using the most effective promotional channels and content that engages and converts our key audiences
  • Ability to localize existing campaigns and/or develop European specific campaigns
  • Ability to develop and manage media plans, vendor relationships and track budget
  • Lean heavily on data to inform decisions about which campaigns are most effective; Leverage analytics and real-time reporting for optimization of campaigns
  • Develop nurture and/or localize existing flows to target related personas at all stages of the buyer journey
  • Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to provide direction and requirements for program assets, including whitepapers, infographics, videos, and other campaign materials
  • Work with marketing operations to plan, coordinate and track all activities through Pardot and Salesforce.com
  • Monitor and analyze lead behavior to understand how inbound marketing activities turn leads into meetings
  • Regularly measure and report on all KPIs and success metrics
  • Actively communicate program plans, activities and results to cross-functional teams, including sales teams
  • Tight collaboration and communication with your US-based Demand Gen team/counterparts

Your expertise

  • At least 3 years of experience developing marketing campaigns for a B2B high-tech company in Europe (Germany a plus)
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Experience creating an inbound marketing playbook for DACH, Nordics, Benelux and the UK
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, and basic knowledge of Pardot, Marketo or similar marketing automation platform
  • Experience feeding and accelerating an inbound funnel via paid channels, organic channels, email marketing, webinars, ABM and sales enablement
  • Experience working closely with an inside sales team and maintaining a great relationship with sales
  • Understanding of the marketing funnel, lead management process and what it takes to convert leads (MQLs, meetings and revenue goals)
  • Understanding of the digital marketing landscape in Europe and the nuances of the geographical locations that this role will support
